Quality Engineer

Job Description

1. To Operate mitutoyo CMM machine for final inspection. 2. Understanding about various instruments for day to day part checking. 3. Drawing reading & GDNT symbol knowledge. 4. Good understanding about various quality documentation of quality department. 5. Manage the dispatch as per the production schedule. 6. Daily inprocess inspection of various parts. 7. Inward & outward inspection and maintain their documents accordingly. 8. To maintain the various instruments used in shop & take care of their maintenance & calibration timely. 9. To use the ERP system for daily work in quality department. 10. Maintain the rejection memo & their respective CAPA against rejection for internal as well as customer end. 11. Maintain the instrument records in ERP with their calibration. 12. Maintain quality documentation & records for long time in hard copy as well as soft copy in system. 13. Ability to work in team. 14. Need knowledge about laser marking.
