Job Description

Responsibilities: Lead mechanical design projects, focusing on HVAC and other mechanical systems. Manage the workload of engineers and technicians, ensuring high-quality designs and technical specifications. Communicate with clients to provide innovative solutions, manage expectations, and build relationships with stakeholders. Oversee CAD documentation, technical reports, and design schedules. Manage project finances, monitor scope, and ensure quality standards. Attend client, site, and external design meetings. Keep senior team members informed of key service and design decisions. Skills and Experience: 12+ years of experience in building services design, with expertise in HVAC systems. Strong understanding of Indian standards and broad building design knowledge. Ability to take responsibility in team-based or independent roles. Proficiency in AutoCAD, IES, and Hevacomp, along with advanced Excel skills (including macros). Basic understanding of electrical concepts and awareness of architectural, structural, and civil engineering impacts. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (BE/BTech/MTech).
