Planning Engineer

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Invoice Verification: Review and verify invoices submitted by the EPC Contractor to ensure compliance with approved formats and necessary documentation. Milestone Validation: Assess and confirm physical progress on-site to validate milestone achievements as per the project schedule and the agreed Bill Break-Up (BBU). Recommend or withhold payment release accordingly. Project Progress Monitoring: Monitor and review overall project progress on a regular basis. Prepare and issue certification documents such as Running Account (RA) Bills and Work Completion Certificates (WCC), as applicable. Delay Management & Remedial Action Plans: Analyze delays and review remedial action plans submitted by the EPC contractor. Provide recommendations and approvals on feasibility and effectiveness of the corrective measures. Meetings & Coordination: Attend weekly progress meetings with stakeholders, including the Owner, EPC Contractor, OEM, and any third-party agencies. Participate either via virtual conference or in-person, as required. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of planning documents, progress reports, delay notices, and certificates. Provide timely inputs and support for MIS and project reporting dashboards. Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering (mandatory) Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in planning and monitoring of utility-scale solar power projects. Software Proficiency: MS Project (MSP) – preferred Advanced Excel – mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month Application Question(s): How many years of experience do you have?
