Job Title: Physical Education Teacher Location: India (On-Site) Role Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging Physical Education curricula for all grade levels. Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ physical fitness and progress. Create inclusive and safe learning environments for students of all abilities. Organize and lead physical activities, games, and sports events. Foster an understanding of the importance of physical health and fitness among students. Motivate students to participate actively in physical education classes. Monitor and document student attendance and progress in physical education. Coordinate with other teachers to integrate physical education into the overall curriculum. Maintain equipment and facilities for physical education and sports. Encourage teamwork, cooperation, and sportsmanship among students. Teach skills and strategies for various sports and fitness activities. Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and behavior. Attend professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills. Utilize various teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles. Implement safety protocols and guidelines to safeguard students during activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field. Teaching certification in Physical Education. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience preferred. Strong understanding of physical fitness and sports techniques. Ability to create engaging lesson plans. Excellent classroom management skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in computer applications relevant to teaching. Strong interpersonal skills for motivating students. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in sports. Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learners. Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles among youth. Experience in organizing sports events and activities. Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
