Job Description

Location: Thane WFO- 6 days Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing performance-driven marketing campaigns to achieve our business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. Key Responsibilities: ● Campaign Strategy & Execution: β—‹ Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across various channels, including search engines, social media, and display advertising. β—‹ Design and manage PPC campaigns, email marketing, and other performance-based marketing initiatives. ● Performance Analysis & Optimization: β—‹ Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition. β—‹ Implement data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI. ● Budget Management: β—‹ Allocate and manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring alignment with overall business goals. β—‹ Track and report on budget expenditures and performance. ● A/B Testing & Experimentation: β—‹ Develop and execute A/B tests to evaluate different versions of ads, landing pages, and marketing content. β—‹ Use test results to refine strategies and improve performance. ● Reporting & Insights: β—‹ Generate regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics. β—‹ Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. ● Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role. ● Skills: β—‹ Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics). β—‹ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. β—‹ Excellent communication and presentation skills. β—‹ Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
