Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a PE-Retail & Comm Banking professional where you will leverage your expertise in MS Excel to support asset management operations. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects in the asset and wealth management domain contributing to the companys growth and societal impact. Ideal for candidates with 0 to 2 years of experience. Responsibilities Utilize MS Excel to analyze and interpret complex data sets ensuring accurate reporting and insights for asset management operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency within retail and commercial banking projects. Support the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance asset and wealth management strategies. Assist in the preparation of detailed financial reports and presentations for stakeholders showcasing key findings and recommendations. Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making in asset management. Contribute to the optimization of operational workflows ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress and identify areas for improvement. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their financial goals. Conduct research and analysis to support the development of new banking products and services. Maintain accurate documentation of all processes and procedures to ensure transparency and accountability. Provide technical support and training to team members on MS Excel functionalities and best practices. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and tools into existing systems for enhanced performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to elevate the quality of service delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel with the ability to perform complex data analysis and reporting. Possess a foundational understanding of asset management operations and asset & wealth management. Exhibit strong analytical skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work. Show capability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office tasks. Display excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients.
