Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Intern to support our marketing team. The role offers hands-on experience in campaign execution, lead management, and digital marketing tools, contributing to initiatives that enhance brand visibility and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Assist in content planning and scheduling for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Maintain and update lead tracking sheets and standard operating procedures. Monitor active marketing campaigns and support in compiling performance analytics and reports. Contribute to basic SEO activities to improve content performance across digital channels. Provide operational support in executing marketing campaigns, including lead distribution. Perform CRM data entry and ensure accuracy across marketing workflows. Collaborate with internal teams to support end-to-end campaign operations. Support and coordinate events, webinars, and industry conferences to expand brand presence. Skillset Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (from the MS Suite) Familiarity with CRM platforms Basic understanding of Google Analytics Overview and understanding of Google Search Console Experience with Canva and Google Forms & Sheets Requirements Fresher or final-year student with a Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field Basic understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, and campaign workflows. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to various marketing tools and processes. Excellent communication skills and attention to details. Creative thinker with strong organizational abilities.
