Job Title: Marketing Operations Intern Location: Kochi, Kerala . Position Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern to join our team in Kochi. As an intern, you will assist the team with managing campaigns, supporting B2B prospect research, and providing operational support. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing and sales, with a focus on lead generation, data management, and client support. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing incoming emails and campaign-related tasks. Help search for and cleanse lists of job titles/companies to target for campaigns. Support quality checking of campaigns using business systems and tools. Assist with client onboarding tasks and update campaign details. Contribute to updating monthly campaign performance metrics in client reports. Provide basic support to the UK-based clients and attend campaign review meetings. Follow operational processes and workflows to ensure consistency and accuracy. Identify data errors and assist in correcting them. Proofread written content, providing feedback on mistakes or errors. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot mistakes and errors. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (editing spreadsheets, formatting cells, using filters). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Familiarity with using different software systems (training will be provided). Well-organized, with the ability to multitask and adhere to workflows. Eagerness to learn, grow, and work in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude with the ability to take a methodical and thorough approach to tasks. Preferred Skills: Some exposure to B2B sales or market research (ideal, but not required). Interest in marketing and lead generation.
