The Marketing Manager - Admissions & Outreach Office is responsible for leading and managing the outreach efforts of the Organisation This role involves overseeing the application process, developing and executing outreach strategies, managing relationships with prospective students and their families, Faculties and collaborating with schools, colleges, company Hrs, and other companies The manager will also play a key role in data analysis, reporting, and ensuring the smooth operation of the outreach office Requirements: Brand & Public Relations Compliance & Innovation Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the organization s goals Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities Brand Positioning: Establish and maintain a strong brand presence in the market Digital Marketing: Oversee online campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing Content Strategy: Develop content strategies for websites, blogs, and social media to engage the target audience Advertising: Plan and execute advertising campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness Lead Generation: Design and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to enhance customer interaction and brand loyalty CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track and nurture leads Team Management: Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring optimal performance Cross-Department Coordination: Work with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts Agency & Vendor Management: Collaborate with external agencies for creative, media buying, and PR activities Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly Budget Management: Allocate and track marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective execution Reporting: Prepare reports on key marketing metrics and present insights to senior management Public Relations: Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry leaders Event Marketing: Organize and participate in industry events, webinars, and conferences to boost visibility Crisis Management: Handle reputation management and crisis communication effectively Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical standards Process Improvement: Continuously refine marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Innovation: Experiment with new marketing techniques, tools, and trends to stay ahead of the competition Minimum 6 - 12 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related role Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics Strong team working skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders Proficiency in CRM systems (eg, Salesforce) and data analysis tools Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a commitment to achieving targets and deadlines
