Multimedia 3D Animator/Motion Graphics Designer Requirements: Roles and Responsibilities: Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a 3D Animator/Motion Graphics Designer. Reading scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements Creating visual frames using 2D/3D or other animation techniques Creating artwork and sketches Utilizing animation software tools Relevant experience in both gameplay and cinematic animation Good instincts for realistic and stylized motions Familiarity with Maya, Unreal Engine 5 art pipeline, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, 3D Studio Max, 3D Max and Photoshop are plus Understanding of modeling, skinning, and rigging Experience working with Motion Capture is a plus Experience with working on hard surface or vehicle animation is a plus Animating for games / real-time 3D Knowledge of rigging is a plus familiar with Unity, Unreal, Graphic and art design, Source control (e.g. git, perforce) A firm grasp on 3D animation techniques, fundamentals, and software Discipline and artistic skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to meet tight deadlines
