Job Description

Responsible for achieving production targets with optimum utilization of plant capacity and other resources, manufacturing product with Zero Defect quality, Customer satisfaction, Cost Savings, On Time Delivery and develop a strong competent team to implement systems and sustaining the same. Achieve production targets as per production plan. Achieve departmental KPI targets related to manufacturing. Handling company and contractual manpower and get the output as per the targets. Maintaining machine performance and reduce losses. Maintain Overall Housekeeping norms as per 5S practices. Capacity planning based on market forecast. Maintain quality norms in the product and make product zero defect. Continual improvement in quality norms of product. Continual improvement in cost reduction and achieve targets as per business plan. Carry our cost reduction projects. Ensure effective implementation of TPM in Polyamide Division and Use TPM methodology for corrective and preventive action for non-confirming parts/Customer complaints. Implementation and effective handling of quality management system. Ensure systematic implementation and follow of system norms decided for process. Ensure for implementation of proper safety norms on shop floor. Educate operating team about safety, EMS, norms. Educate / impart train employees in different areas of the working.
