Role & responsibilities: Collaborating with the HR Business Partnering teams to support HR Shared Services scope expansion Has led HR scope expansion and migration to BPO vendor before Work collaboratively with and partnership ways of working with BPOs Manage delivery of HR query handling service for lifecycle, compensation and benefits, learning & development and other services. Manage delivery of volume routine lifecycle HR administration and case management service delivery to the business, providing accurate, efficient, and consistent transactional support within HR Service Centre SLAs. Use the case management and HR system to record and maintain accurate records about activities and tasks undertaken and update HRMS as required Work pro-actively to support and deliver excellent customer experience Manage the performance and development of a team of HR Shared Services Advisors, including conducting personal development reviews Advise the team of changes to policies/procedures/responsibilities and ensure they are understood Liaise with teams within HR Services, HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise for escalation and resolution of queries and cases Support the HR Shared Services Director in the delivery of key HR processes Create and improve robust internal processes and ensure future compliance Identifying areas of improvement and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with Governance team Keep up to date with future trends in HR Services and contribute to internal HR Innovation and Improvement forums Leading and developing a global team, providing coaching and support Resolving escalated and complex HR issues, providing advice and resolution on employee relations issues, policies and additional HR queries Ensuring operations are aligned to agreed SOPs, KPIs and SLAs Preferred candidate profile: Experience of managing a HR Shared Service Centre within a complex or diverse commercial organisation. Proven understanding of HR Shared Service management and operations. HR Generalist with solid knowledge of theory and best practice of HR policies, processes and practices Keeps up to date with the latest trends and best practices used in the provision of HR services. Strong leadership and motivational people management skills. Coaching, counselling and performance management skills
