Description
Key Responsibilities Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise-level Wintel, VMware, Exchange/O365, and MS Azure infrastructure environments. Design and implement high-availability solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability of critical systems and services. Expertise in Wintel server administration, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS, DHCP, RDS and other roles and features. Proficiency in virtualization technologies, with experience in deploying and managing VMware vSphere environments. Strong understanding of Exchange/O365 administration, including Exchange Online, Exchange Server, and related services. Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Networking. Develop and maintain automated deployment and configuration management processes using tools like PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform. Lead the resolution of escalated technical issues, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement and enforce robust security controls and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and reporting solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Conduct performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and provide regular feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 12+ Years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level infrastructure environments.
