Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle international customer calls to provide exceptional customer service. Resolve customer queries related to products/services offered by the company. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction. Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in an International BPO or call center environment. Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken). Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Willingness to learn new processes and adapt quickly. Benefit- Salary Range- 3 to 4 LPA Both way cab facility. 5 days working 2 days rotational week off Virtual Interview
