As we continue to expand, were looking for passionate, talented individuals to join our team Location : Hyderabad, (Hybrid mode) Performance testing and engineering experience Leads Performance testing effort from small to medium project, able to communicate with different stakeholders and understand Performance testing requirements Create high level plan aligning with release/delivery schedules Identify test data needs and build a solution to create test data as needed Develop, debug and enhance test scripts to ensure scripts work as per business process expectations with tools like LoadRunner, JMeter & NeoLoad Develop and execute performance tests including load, stress, endurance Identify, report, and review defects in assessing system performance and stability Able to understand Test strategy and ensuring tests are complete as per the agreed scope Create Performance test reports with client-side, server-side metrics and provide first level of analysis on performance issues Working experience with Application Performance Management tools( like Datadog, Splunk, Jaeger, Dynatrace, kubectl) CI/Cd experience with Jenkins Experience with Designing different Test Scenarios by following the defined workload model Strong written and verbal communication skills. Providing regular status updates. Good at writing the bean shell sampler custom codes.
