Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive/ Guest Relationship Senior Executive Location: Khan Market, Vasant Kunj, Saket Department: Retail Operations/ Outlet Sales Reports To: Store Manager / Area Manager Employment Type: Full-Time (9 hours shift) Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Executives to manage day-to-day operations at our cake and chocolate store. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for desserts, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, providing information on products, offers, and customizations. Manage the outlet’s daily operations including opening, closing, and cleanliness. Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the team for product availability. Ensure proper display of cakes, chocolates, and other items as per brand standards. Handle billing, payments, and POS system operations accurately. Take and process custom cake and gift orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor and maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the store. Manage and train outlet staff (if applicable). Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional and solution-oriented manner. Support promotional activities and seasonal campaigns within the outlet. Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with the accounts or head office team. Key Requirements: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in retail, food & beverage, or customer service roles. Good communication skills in English and local language. Basic computer knowledge and experience with POS/billing systems. Pleasant personality, customer-centric mindset, and a proactive approach. Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays, as required. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a cake, bakery, or chocolate retail outlet is a strong plus.
