Ltd is seeking a creative and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality graphic content, including brochures, pitch decks, and marketing materials. This role also involves managing the companys social media presence, particularly LinkedIn, and supporting the execution of marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design: Design visually appealing brochures, presentations, and other marketing collateral for different divisions of the company, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Pitch Decks & Presentations: Create impactful pitch decks and presentations to communicate the company's value propositions effectively to clients, partners, and stakeholders. Marketing Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring that design elements align with the broader goals of the company. Social Media Management: Oversee and maintain the company’s LinkedIn profile by curating and posting engaging content, and ensuring consistent branding across digital platforms. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding, messaging, and design integration across all marketing materials. Skills & Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. Design Tools Proficiency: Strong proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or other graphic design tools. Creative & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to conceptualize and produce creative solutions for diverse design needs while solving design challenges effectively. Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn new design trends and tools, and adapt to evolving project requirements. Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams to ensure a unified approach to design and branding. Preferred Qualifications: Digital Marketing Experience: Familiarity with digital marketing principles and social media management, specifically LinkedIn. Knowledge of Emerging Trends: Awareness of current design trends and AI-driven tools, with the ability to integrate them into designs to maintain a modern and innovative approach.
