Job Title: Solar Designer Manager Company: Shanti GD Ispat & Power Pvt Ltd Location: Raipur Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Designer manager to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design and development of solar power projects, leveraging their expertise to enhance our project offerings. Key Responsibilities: Design Development: Create detailed solar plant layouts and configurations that maximize efficiency and energy production. Develop system specifications, including electrical, mechanical, and structural components. Site Assessment: Conduct comprehensive site assessments to determine solar feasibility, including environmental and technical evaluations. Analyze site data to inform design decisions and optimize system performance. Software Utilization: Utilize industry-standard design software to model solar energy systems, including but not limited to: PVSYST PYLON HELIOSCOPE SOLO PVSOL OPEN SOLAR STAAD AUTOCAD SOLAR PLUS V4 Perform simulations and analyses to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution from design through implementation. Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to resolve design challenges and optimize project delivery. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical documentation, including design reports, project proposals, and presentations for stakeholders. Maintain accurate records of design changes and project progress. Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory developments in solar energy. Participate in professional development activities to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelors or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or a related field. Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in solar plant design or consulting. Demonstrated experience in the design and implementation of solar energy systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in one or more of the following software applications is required: PVSYST PYLON HELIOSCOPE SOLO PVSOL OPEN SOLAR STAAD AUTOCAD SOLAR PLUS V4 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Salary: Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
