Job Description: We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Fluent English Speaking Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a professional tone, and prior experience in handling international calls. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to international clients/customers. Handle queries and provide relevant information clearly and effectively. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets. Update the CRM and maintain accurate call logs and records. Follow up with potential leads and existing customers as needed. Key Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international calling/BPO/telemarketing role. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets consistently.
