Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, including servers, routers, switches, and workstations. Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues on-site. Perform routine system checks and preventive maintenance. Assist in setting up and securing LAN/WAN networks. Provide technical support to clients and escalate issues when needed. Document and report all service activities. Requirements: Basic understanding of IT hardware and networking concepts. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, or macOS). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to travel to client sites. Excellent communication and customer service skills. A degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus (but not mandatory).
