Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our IT services business. You will be responsible for finding new clients, building strong relationships, and increasing sales. This role requires someone who understands IT services and can present solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities: Find and connect with potential clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Prepare and present proposals to win new business. Work with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Achieve sales goals and report progress regularly. Keep up with market trends and competitors. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or IT-related field. 3–5 years of experience in IT services sales or business development. Good knowledge of IT solutions and services. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
