Mandatory Skills: Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Functional Consultant POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS : Act as the functional owner Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes Leads the design and development of at least one asset, accelerator, offering and differentiator in the HCM space.
