Electrical Service Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Service Engineer to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, particularly [UPS systems / industrial machinery / control panels, etc.], ensuring minimal downtime and optimal client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, servicing, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment (e.g., UPS, panels, inverters). Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities as per schedules. Provide technical support to customers on-site and remotely. Ensure proper documentation of service reports, customer feedback, and issue resolutions. Work closely with the sales and support teams to understand customer needs and provide feedback. Follow all safety protocols and compliance requirements during service visits. Train junior technicians and assist in improving service procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation or related field. 2–5 years of field service experience. Good knowledge of electrical circuits, power systems, and safety standards. Experience with [Batteries, UPS systems etc) Ability to read technical drawings and circuit diagrams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
