Job Description

Job Title: EHS Manager Location: Medchal, Hyderabad Industry: Precious Metal Recycling Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives at our metal recycling plant in Medchal. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, drive a strong safety culture, and implement best practices to minimize risk and environmental impact. Key Responsibilities: Develop and enforce EHS policies and procedures in line with legal and company standards Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections Oversee waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions Train employees on EHS practices and emergency preparedness Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Industrial Safety, or related field Minimum 7 years of EHS experience in manufacturing or metal industries Strong knowledge of environmental and safety laws (CPCB, SPCB, Factory Act, etc.) Certifications like NEBOSH/ADIS are preferred Key Skills: Risk assessment & mitigation Incident investigation Compliance & reporting Leadership & communication
