The ideal candidate will have prior experience in academic counseling, guiding students, and helping them choose suitable courses based on their interests and career goals. Key Responsibilities: Guide prospective students about various career options and available courses. Provide one-on-one counseling sessions via phone, email, and in-person. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential candidates to convert leads. Collaborate with internal teams to track student progress and feedback. Maintain and update student records in the CRM system. Organize and participate in educational events, workshops, and webinars. Candidate Requirements:6 month – 2 years of experience in education counseling or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to understand student needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
