Job Title: E-Commerce Manager Location: Sonipat, Haryana Experience Required: 4–5 Years Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead our online sales operations. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing e-commerce platforms, driving digital marketing strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role requires someone who can manage day-to-day operations while also contributing to strategic growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize listings across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Coordinate with marketplaces to run promotional campaigns and ensure brand visibility Analyze sales data and generate actionable insights to improve performance Manage inventory, order processing, returns, and customer service operations Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) for smooth execution Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media) Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform policies, and competitor activities Manage product uploads, pricing strategies, and catalog quality Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address escalations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 4–5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management Proficient with seller panels and backend tools of major platforms Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience with tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Google Ads is a plus Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
