J0b Description We are seeking an experienced ( Minimum 3-4 years) Ecommerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing day-to-day operations of our ecommerce business. This includes managing and packing orders, creating and uploading excel sheets for various marketplaces like Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Ajio etc. and our own brand website. Additionally, the Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing inventory, keeping our brand website up to date​. Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations for ecommerce including Updating Product Catalogue.​​ Oversee the product content presented on Website, Marketplaces.​ Manage and create bulk listing of new products on the E-commerce portal.​ Handling Complete E-commerce order processing with order dispatching. Analysis of reports on monthly basis to improve future planning and performance. Write engaging and descriptive product descriptions to improve conversions​ Ensure that the catalogue contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information​ Stock update and Inventory management Keyword analysis and product competitiveness research and analysis. Requirement: Bachelor's Degree Ideal candidate should have hands on experience of entire ecommerce operations ecosystem.​ Knowledge of Listing, Updating, Uploading Product Data / Specifications. Knowledge of product Images on Marketplaces such as Flipkart, Amazon, Ajio, Myntra, Jiomart, Meesho etc. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel . Location: Jaipur (Rajasthan) Any experience of ERP/WMS system will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Order management systems (OMS) Must have Verbal and Written English communication. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements.
