Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Service team as Executives/Sr. Executives/Specialists. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Shifts timings: Rotational Shifts Week Off : 2 days of Rotational Transport : Cab for Female Employees after 9PM and for male employees after 11PM. Reports into :Team Lead Salary : Upto 2LPA Job description: Handle customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery. Utilize effective communication skills to engage customers. Demonstrate strong typing skills with a minimum of 22 WPM and 85% accuracy. Achieve performance metrics and targets set by the management. Participate in training sessions for skill enhancement. Adhere to company policies and procedures. Work effectively in a team environment. Criteria : HSC and above qualification. Decent English communication skills. VETI Score 3 (Eng Voice Process). Ability to work in rotational shifts.
