Job Role: Customer Care Executive (Domestic voice process, Inbound) Location: Kolkata, Saltlake sector v Job Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls and handle escalation cases.
