Roles and Responsibilities Manage distributors to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Develop and execute effective distribution channel strategies for FMCG products. Build strong relationships with dealers, wholesalers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of channel distribution, dealer channel management, and distributor sales principles. Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. 0-5 years of experience in distributor handling or related field (FMCG sales/marketing).
