Job Details: Designation: Dispatch Supervisor Department: Dispatch Experience: 2-3 Years in Dispatch/Supply Chain CTC: 1.5 - 2 LPA Gender Preference: Male Qualification: B.Com / BA Key Skills: Supply Chain Management (SCM) Production & Dispatch Planning Packing & Inventory Control Logistics & Store Management Job Responsibilities: Initiate, monitor, and control the packing & dispatch activities in the plant. Allocate manpower as per packing list and running work orders, ensuring daily monitoring & control. Arrange necessary consumables from the store department for packing (Export/Domestic). Utilize material handling equipment (Hydra/Forklift) as needed. Train and oversee workers to enhance skills, especially in packing operations. Organize packed pallets in the dispatch area as per container/work order requirements. Ensure accurate pasting of packing lists & shipping instructions on packed pallets. Oversee container/vehicle/material loading as per work order instructions. Ensure receipt of quality-checked materials as per packing list/BOM. Improve dispatch efficiency by implementing task management systems. Coordinate with the maintenance team for upkeep of the dispatch area. Maintain 5S standards & safety protocols in the plant.
