Position Details: Designation: HR Training & Development Executive Experience: Minimum 4 Years Department: HR CTC: 30K to 45K per month Gender: Male Location: Mehsana Industry: Manufacturing / Industrial Specialization: Training & Development Strategy, Induction & Onboarding, Compliance & Safety Training, Skill Enhancement, Leadership & Career Development, E-learning & Digital Training Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology , or a related field. Certification in Training & Development, Learning & Development (L&D), or HR (preferred).
