Title: Digital Marketing Executive Lead Generation Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive with 6 months to 2 year of experience to join our team at Isarva Info Tech Pvt. Ltd. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads for our business through innovative digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have experience in Google Ads, SEO, social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a learning-oriented environment and grow within the IT industry. Key Responsibilities: 1. Google Ads & PPC Campaign Management Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns for lead generation. Optimize cost-per-click (CPC) and improve overall return on investment (ROI). Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments. Create targeted ads for different services, ensuring maximum reach and conversion. 2. Social Media Marketing & Management Manage and update company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms . Develop engaging content such as posts, videos, and infographics to drive audience engagement. Run and optimize paid social media campaigns for better reach and lead generation. Monitor and analyze social media trends to improve strategy. 3. SEO & Content Marketing Research and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking on search engines. Perform keyword research and optimize website content for organic traffic. Create high-quality blogs, articles, and landing page content. Monitor website analytics and improve SEO performance over time. 4. Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization Execute digital marketing strategies to generate and nurture leads. Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead tracking and follow-up. 5. Reporting & Performance Analysis Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversions, and engagement. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 6 months 1 year in Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO, or Paid Advertising. Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, PPC campaigns, SEO, and social media marketing. Experience in content creation, blogging, and keyword optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with a strong analytical mindset.
