Job Summary: As a DevOps Architect , you will play a critical role in designing, assessing, and engineering DevOps solutions across complex technology environments. Your expertise will guide the development of cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-prem infrastructure, supporting both microservices and traditional application patterns. By evaluating current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing DevOps practices, you will enhance efficiency and productivity within the organization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and providing technical leadership will be key to ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of DevOps solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Collaboration: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in DevOps, offering technical guidance and support to the team. Lead and manage the team to drive performance and ensure successful delivery of DevOps solutions. Engage with multiple teams across the organization to make key decisions and provide solutions to cross-functional challenges. Drive team decision-making and collaborate on DevOps strategies that benefit the entire organization. DevOps Solutions Design & Implementation: Design and implement DevOps solutions for cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-premise infrastructure environments, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Evaluate existing systems and identify areas for improvement in current DevOps practices and workflows. Continuously monitor and optimize DevOps processes and tools , ensuring streamlined operations and maximum productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide technical solutions to improve workflows and outcomes. Continuous Improvement & Optimization: Implement and optimize continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) pipelines to enhance software delivery and automation. Ensure the successful implementation of DevOps practices and maintain a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DevOps processes and tools, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing projects. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps principles and practices, with deep knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies. Extensive experience with cloud-native and on-prem infrastructure deployment models, understanding both modern and traditional application patterns. Hands-on experience with building, managing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines . Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to resolve DevOps-related issues and enhance team efficiency. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Cloud Automation DevOps (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP automation). Familiarity with microservices architectures , containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools. Understanding of cloud environments and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) methodologies (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
