Job Description

Role-Customer Support Executive We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: Customer Service: -Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy Coordinate schedules and activities for drivers, service technicians, or field personnel Maintain communication with drivers or field personnel to update them on assignments, routes, and any allocate resources effectively Interact with customers to provide updates on service or schedules, ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, utilizing software and communication devices to facilitate efficient operations and real-time Provide information regarding order status, shipping details, and product availability Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and returns to ensure customer satisfaction Administrative Tasks: - Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and customer interactions Prepare and process shipping documentation and reports Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve processes Skills Required: - strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software and dispatch management systems Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach Attention to detail and accuracy in handling dispatch and customer service tasks. Shift availability: Full-time (Permanent) Night Shift (Required) 6pm to 3 am Monday to Friday Full time On-site job Self commute Conditions: Agree to work on All Indian Holidays. Willing to Relocate to Gurugram/Based in Gurugram. Agree to work as per Canadian Calendar and Work Schedule.
