Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer queries via phone calls and emails promptly and professionally. Assist customers with order placements, tracking, product information, returns, refunds, and general inquiries. Resolve customer complaints or concerns with empathy, patience, and a solution-oriented approach. Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, inventory, sales) to resolve customer issues effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction. Identify common issues or feedback and escalate them to management to improve service or processes. Contribute to building a loyal customer base by providing a friendly, helpful experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or relationship management role, preferably in e-commerce. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and any other relevant local languages). Strong listening and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and phone etiquette. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
