About the role: As a Customer Support Associate at Astrotalk, you will play a key role in supporting the company's business objectives and driving growth through the execution of strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring positive interactions and gathering feedback to improve services. You will also document interactions and escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media. Provide detailed information about products and services. Maintain customer satisfaction through positive and professional interactions. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or specialized departments.
