Role Description This is a full-time onsite role for a Collections Manager located in Chennai. The Collections Manager will oversee and manage collection operations including setting payment collection goals, ensuring timely collections, handling past due accounts, and resolving customer concerns. The role involves coordinating with the finance team, preparing reports, and strategizing to optimize collections. Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards will also be key responsibilities. Qualifications Experience in managing collection operations and strategizing payment collection goals Skills in handling past due accounts and resolving customer concerns Ability to coordinate with finance teams and prepare collection reports Strong relationship management and compliance skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency with collection management software and tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the BFSI industry is a plus Leadership skills and experience managing a team Show more Show less
