As internal firm services, we enable the firm to enhance PwC's ability to address the strategy, growth, and innovation agendas of its clients. The Talent Development team is helping empower our employees. We are working on new and exciting challenges with the aim to make our Acceleration Center a great place to work and build a high performing team. We are currently a 10-member team handling all the Horizontals in our Bangalore and Mumbai AC center. Qualifications Should have good and extensive, prior experience in Business Operations role in IT/ITES industry. Experience: 3-5 yrs Education: Any graduate/post graduate Position Requirements Process Optimization: Identifying and addressing inefficiencies in workflows and systems. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyzing data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on operational performance. Collaboration and Communication: Working with various stakeholders to align strategies, streamline processes, and achieve organizational objectives. Continuous monitoring of business performance and Reporting. What You’ll Need Strong business and Operation acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative. Collaborate with businesses across all competencies to deliver effective solutions. Ability to change across a complex and matrixed environment. Possess strong leadership and influential skills.
