Position: Business HR Experience: 3+ years in HR domain Age: 25 - 35 years Education: MBA (HR) or MSW (HR) Gender Preference: Male candidates Travel Requirement: Willing to travel within Tamil Nadu Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu Key Responsibilities: Create and implement HR policies & procedures. Ensure adherence to HR systems and processes. Maintain and manage employee attendance. Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports. Measure and evaluate employee performance. Conduct review meetings and provide feedback. Organize and oversee employee engagement activities. Motivate employees to enhance productivity and job satisfaction. Manage and support training & development initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications: Only candidates with relevant HR experience should apply.
