Job Description

Role & responsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities within the HR and recruitment industry. Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the business portfolio. Conduct market research to target key industries and businesses for expansion. Networking & Partnerships: Establish and nurture partnerships with industry leaders and decision-makers. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to build market presence. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and secure profitable contracts with new clients. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to final deal closure. Client Retention & Upselling: Develop retention strategies to maintain long-term client relationships. Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and solutions to existing clients. Conduct regular follow-ups and client satisfaction assessments. Client Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless transitions for new clients. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service from the start Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in business or related field Honesty and loyalty are essential traits for this role Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Presentation skills Excellent selling skills The capacity to work well on your own or in a team.
