Role & responsibilities Ensure all bills processed & provisions done Ensure booking of all expenses including Depreciation, Amortization, Prepaid, Preliminary Expenses, Bank Reconciliation, Inter Company / Inter Unit Reconciliation, etc. has been completed on a monthly basis Ensure to check & clear all types of Clearing / Suspense A/c's i.e. GR/IR, SR/IR, Freight Clearing etc. Ensure timely & accurate month-end closing & financial reporting to Management Variance Analysis - Current vis--vis Previous months GL Balances Ensuring Statutory Compliances - Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, TDS, GST & Other Laws Preparing Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Financial Statements, finalise audits by liaisoning with statutory auditors Finalizing the Monthly / Quarterly / Annual books of accounts as per the requirements of statutory compliances & policies Responsible for Consolidation of Books of Accounts Knowledge of Tax Audits & Ind AS MIS Reporting to the Management
