We are currently seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either the Finance research industry or sales, with a minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: Source new sales leads and opportunities through Cold Calling/emails. Work diligently to generate quality meetings and achieve your assigned meeting quotas for Every Month/Quarter/Year. Intensive research on allocated accounts, lead profiling, identifying key players and generating interest. Maintain and expand a database of prospects within an assigned account. Establish professional relationships by building good rapport with prospects. Ensure you work closely with the Sales team in allocated accounts. Diligently ensure timely follow-ups in securing meetings and pursuing post-meeting tasks What you bring: Proven Inside Sales experience and able to demonstrate consistent track record in cold calling and emailing. Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in Market Research and/or data assignments. Proficient in Salesforce CRM for contact and account management. Ability to comprehend CRISIL s Offerings / Services and pitch our value proposition. Possess strong presentation skills, verbal, and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills. Must be adaptable, professional, courteous, and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team.
