Description
We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer with a strong understanding of the complete software development life cycle. The ideal candidate will be adept at developing and executing software requirements, designing, coding, and enhancing existing architectures with minimal supervision. This role requires sound technical knowledge, strong investigation and troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Possess a strong understanding and hands-on experience across the complete software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Develop, design, code, and implement robust and scalable solutions within the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. Enhance and improve existing AEM architecture and design under minimal supervision, identifying areas for optimization and implementing best practices. Apply sound technical knowledge to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to AEM applications and integrations. Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, taking ownership of work items from inception to completion. Perform validation and verification of task completion, ensuring high quality and adherence to specifications. Foster strong relationships with involved teams, acting as a key communication point among them. Manage deadlines and work effort completions, understanding the impact of met or missed deadlines on deliverables and consumers. Actively seek guidance for prioritization and review of deliverables, ensuring alignment with project goals. Maintain a result-oriented approach with strong analytical skills and a proven methodology for problem-solving. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, sharing knowledge and best practices within the development team. Required Skills & Experience: Good understanding and hands-on experience on the complete software development life cycle. Proven ability to develop, design, code, enhance, and improve existing architecture/design in AEM under minimal supervision. Sound technical knowledge of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations. Strong investigation and troubleshooting skills for AEM-related issues. Experience in coordinating with internal stakeholders, including work item ownership, validation/verification, and managing team relationships and communication. Ability to manage deadlines and work effort completions, understanding their impact on deliverables. Proactive in seeking guidance for prioritization and review of deliverables. Result-oriented with strong analytical skills and a proven approach to problem-solving.
