Job description Job Title: Admission Counsellor Job Type: Full-Time Experience - 0-2 Years Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete admission process—right from lead generation to final enrollment—for various colleges across India. Key Responsibilities: Call and follow up on leads generated through various sources. Counsel prospective students regarding college options, courses, eligibility, and admission procedures. Maintain consistent communication with students through calls, emails, and messages. Guide students throughout the admission process until successful enrollment (end-to-end). Maintain and update lead status in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and admissions. Coordinate with internal teams and college representatives for smooth onboarding. Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle and meet targets. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Knowledge of PAN India college admission processes is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Fluency in Hindi and English.
