Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead and manage agile project delivery across multiple squads. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, experience managing financial market projects, and excellent leadership skills to drive successful project execution within scope, budget, and timeline. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage four Scrum squads to ensure timely delivery of project scope within budget. Oversee project phases , ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget constraints. Facilitate Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives . Control the resource plan and associated budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation. Coordinate releases , aligning with technical and business stakeholders. Work closely with other technology teams to align data and system requirements. Delegate user stories to team members, ensuring work distribution is effective. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve any delivery bottlenecks to maintain project momentum. Mandatory Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager in an Agile delivery environment. Strong expertise in Agile methodologies with relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master - CSM, SAFe, PMP Agile ). 5+ years of experience managing projects using Agile delivery methodology. Solid Financial Markets experience (understanding of financial instruments, trade lifecycle, and market structures). Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical and business challenges effectively. Some technical background and willingness to engage in technical discussions when necessary. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience in Capital Markets , especially Foreign Exchange (FX) . Familiarity with data structures, SQL, and related technologies .
