Deliver comprehensive pre-deployment trainings to prepare security personnel for their specific assignments, ensuring they are well-equipped to handle their roles effectively. Possess excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver engaging and informative training sessions that resonate with participants. Exhibit enthusiasm and skill as a trainer to inspire and empower security personnel, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Ready to move outstation for training in Branches Must have prior hand on experience in Physical Security Training, Health and Safety Training & First AID CPR AED training. Must have prior experience in conducting Mock Drills He Will be responsible for preparation of MIS & Managing Monthly Training Schedule Maintaining accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes for compliance and reporting purposes.
