Job Description Sales Lead (Western Region) Geekay Security Services Pvt. Ltd. Position: Sales Lead (Western region) Location: Dadar/ Head Office, Mumbai Reporting to: Business Head - India About Us: Geekay Security Services Pvt. We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic person to drive our growth. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients in the West Region for security manpower services. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Coordinators (RCs) to streamline operations and ensure client satisfaction. Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and finalize contracts with clients. Reporting & MIS: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Business Head on performance and market insights. Key Requirements: Experience: 7+ years in B2B sales, preferably 4 years in security manpower services or related industries. Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of security manpower services and compliance requirements.
