Job Description

RESPONSIBLITIES: Handles phone interactions with customers, either making outbound calls to promote products or services, or handling inbound calls to provide support and answer inquiries. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company. Share solutions to the customer's problem. Keep a calm tone of voice to build rapport and customer trust. OFFICE TIMINGS: 9AM TO 7PM OR 10AM TO 8PM WEEK OFF: MON TO FRI ANY 1 DAY U CAN TAKE WEEK OFF (SAT AND SUN COMPULSORY WORKING. LANGAUAGES:ENGLISH/TAMIL/TELUGU
