Explaining product features and benefits clearly. Persuading customers to purchase or take desired action. Achieving daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader or manager. Inbound Telecalling Handling incoming customer calls regarding inquiries, orders, support, or complaints. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools.
